Groups and Gatherings

Community groups are inclusive events open to currently pregnant/postpartum people interested in community and connection. 
In-arms babies always welcome!  However, please be aware not all events are suitable for older children or partners.
Light refreshments ~ water, coffee and teas ~ are provided.  All groups and gatherings are potluck, contributions encouraged when its not a burden to do so. Please reach out in advance if you are concerned about food allergies, every effort will be made to accommodate needs.

Group Prenatals

Join us each month of your pregnancy to discuss a pregnancy/birth related topic
and participate in a hands-on approach​ to the clinical, social and educational aspects of pregnancy. 
*this is a hands-on discussion group for educational purposes, not intended to replace care with a provider*
2nd Tuesday of each month, 10am - noon 

Weigh Ins

Stop by to weigh your baby, then stay for a bit to hang out with other new parents and visit the midwife!
3rd Thursday of each month, 10am - noon 

Postpartum Support

Individual and group support for postpartum parents. 
A supportive environment to explore the physical and emotional aspects of the postpartum experience, including changing self-image and relationship roles, as well as commonly experienced ranges of anxiety, depression, and mood disruption.
Tuesdays at 1pm  ~ appointments available for individual conversations 

Birth Story Gatherings
Tell your story, or simply be witness to others sharing theirs. 
Pictures, videos, written accounts, poems, artwork ~ any depiction of your birth is welcome and encouraged!
Birth professionals, please come for the opportunity to share your own birth stories!
Each gathering is unique to the guests who attend and contribute. Consider possibility of sensitive discussions.
4th Friday of each month, 7pm

Sibling Celebrations

A celebration of Siblings who are welcoming a new baby and adjusting to their own new role in the family
​through creating, read aloud stories, discussion, and play. 
Children of all ages are welcome to attend and participate to the extent they are interested.
